Juanita Hedblom

Juanita Hedblom, 91, of Green Valley, Arizona, passed away on Monday, January 16, 2012, at Santa Rita Nursing Home in Green Valley, Arizona.

Private family services will be held at Carson - Stapp Funeral Home in Ogden. Burial will follow in the Pilot Mound Cemetery.

Juanita Hedblom passed away January 16, 2012, in Green Valley, Arizona. She was born to James and Edna Richardson July 30, 1920, in Des Moines, Iowa. She graduated from Pilot Mound High School. In 1939, Juanita Richardson married Howard Hedblom, and they had three children. They raised their children in Pilot Mound, Boxholm, and Van Meter and then retired to Lake Panorama. They spent their winters in Tucson, Arizona. Juanita moved to Tucson permanently after Howard's death in 1986.

Juanita loved her family and enjoyed her grandchildren. She is survived by daughters Judy Rhodes (Gary), Joyce Apodaca, and a son Jim Hedblom (Cindy). She is also survived by eight grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
