Marilyn McKee, 72, of the Perry Lutheran Home passed away on Friday, August 12, 2016.

Marilyn Faye Longhenry was born on October 27, 1943, in Story City, Iowa, the daughter of Arthur and Elsie (Murken) Longhenry. She was a graduate of Stratford High School.

Marilyn lived in Denver, Colorado, for many years where she was employed as Secretary for a law firm. In 1997, she retired and moved to Woolstock. In December of 2013, Marilyn moved to the Perry Lutheran Home. Marilyn loved traveling and family gatherings.

Survivors include her siblings, Melvin (Donna) Longhenry of Webster City, Iowa, Kenny (Lillie) Longhenry of Ogden, Iowa, Alice Westrum of Boone, Iowa, Eileen Horn of Sac City, Iowa, Delores Kastler of Webster City, Iowa, and Curtis (Sherry) Longhenry of Mountain Home, Arkansas; as well as many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
