Kenny L. Moberg, 65, of Fort Dodge, Iowa, passed away suddenly on Sunday, July 19, 2020.

Kenny Lee Moberg, was born on August 9, 1954, in Lake City, Iowa, the son of Edwin and Fern (Hoopingarner) Moberg.

He graduated with the Rockwell City High School class of 1972, and following his education enlisted in the United States Air Force.

On October 18, 1997, Kenny was united in marriage to Donna Anderson at Sunnyview Retirement Center in Rockwell City, Iowa.

Kenny worked at Fort Dodge Steel and later at E.M.C. in Fort Dodge until retiring.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Donna Lee Moberg on July 16, 2020, two brothers, Charles Moberg, and Gerald “Jerry” Moberg, one sister at birth, Peggy Moberg, and his nephew, Marty Moberg.

Survivors include three children, Heide Scharn and her fiancé, T.J. Speck of Okoboji, IA, Martin and his wife Gina Anderson of Sac City, IA, and Angie and her husband Martin Gutierrez of Jefferson City, MO; seven grandchildren, Emily and her husband Kaleb Roth, Braden Scharn, Britney and her husband Justin DeFord, Lydia and her fiancé Jordan Jaeger, Jordyn Anderson, Miguel and Manuel Gutierrez; two great grandchildren, Jude DeFord and Everly Jaeger; one sister, Patty (Phil) Schmit of Rockwell City, IA; sisters-in-law, Carol (Daryl) VanGilder of Dayton, IA, and Jo “Lois” Moberg of Carroll, IA, nieces and nephews, Jennifer and her husband Paige Colvin, Jessica and her spouse Holly Faust, Jillian Shnyder, Toni and her husband Corey Stout, Christy Ross, Liz and her husband Scott Bruns, and Tom Moberg.

Memorials may be left to the discretion of the family.
