ANDOVER, KS - LeValley, Lt. Col. (USAF, ret.) Robert "Bob" F., 89, passed away Monday, July 18, 2011. Funeral Mass: 10:00 a.m. Thursday at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Andover. Survivors: sons, Bill (Rachelle), Daniel (Paulette), John and Edward LeValley; daughter, Kathy (Carl) Wagner, 4 grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren and 2 gr. grandchildren.
